Mrs. Rouhama Garelick has been the Director of Walder Education since its inception in 2004 and serves on the Executive Educational Board of Torah Umesorah. Mrs. Garelick has earned several degrees and certifications from United States and Israel. She started out teaching in New York and then in Chicago at Hillel Torah. She rose to the position of principal of Anshe Emet Day School in Chicago and then for the next twenty two years held a supervisory position at ATT supervising educators throughout the Chicagoland area. Mrs. Garelick has authored dozens of outstanding, much used, curricula for all grade levels on Ivrit, Dikduk, TaNach, Chagim, Life Cycle, and other Judaic subjects.
Mrs. Garelick is currently overseeing many other Teachers’ Resource Centers throughout the continent.
