This project will help reinforce tripod grip and strengthen pencil control for students who need the extra practice. This is a fun experiment in tracing and exploring with various watercolors. As the liquid watercolors are very concentrated, adding water will tone the colors down. Eye-drop water colors around the traced hand and watch the diffusing magic happen!

1 – 9”x12” Watercolor paper
Various liquid colors (we used blue, teal, orange, red, yellow, purple, and blue)
7 – 4 oz Solo cups (to put water colors in)
3 ml Plastic dropper (found on Amazon)
White crayon or Elmer’s glue (we used Elmer’s glue)
1 Sponge brush
½ cup Water
Pencil
