Exploring Salt Properties
Item Number: CRVAY15-RS044
Date Submitted: 05/06/2015
The Torah prohibits the consumption of blood. Salt is used to draw blood out of the meat in the koshering process before the meat can be consumed. In this art and science experiment, the students will observe salt soaking up moisture. They will sprinkle salt onto a white glue design and drop colored water onto the salt and observe the reaction.
