Students will mix together a few ingredients to form ooblek. Ooblek can act as a solid when you touch it with force, and act as a liquid when you touch it softly. If a penny or heavy small toy is placed in the ooblek, it will sink in. With this fun, hands-on activity, students will be able to visualize how it looked when Korach was swallowed into the ground for rebelling against Moshe. This parsha teaches that jealousy is a very bad middah (character trait), and Korach was punished for it.
