This Rosh Hashanah picture and frame start out appearing as a black and white outlined graphic, but once it’s pulled out of the frame, it magically reveals the picture in full color! Rosh Hashanah is a time to pull closer to Hashem and revitalize our relationship with Him and others. When we talk about the special simanim we have on Rosh Hashanah, it is the outline of what we want our new year to be like. When we add our hopes, good wishes, and feelings, it becomes much more rich and colorful. While working on this project, have your students discuss Rosh Hashanah, and how they can make the New Year sweet and full of color. When the students pull the picture out of the frame, they will notice that the card magically comes to life with colors! Use this project to help your students visualize what happens when we spring into action and reveal the color in our lives.
