Seder Plate Hakarah

An easy to understand booklet describing all the foods found on the Seder plate. Includes the name of the food, how to do it and why. Possible Uses: An ideal tool for teachers and parents. Teachers: Use as a handout to clearly explain the methods and meaning behind the foods found on the Seder plate. (Teachers may want to bring in the actual foods in order to better engage visual learners.) Parents: Before the Seder, parents will use this clear explanation to make all the items needed for the Seder plate. Can also be used as a guide to compile a shopping list or in the kitchen to ensure each item is made properly. At the Seder, parents will take this to the Seder plate in order to engage the children at the table by explain the meaning behind the items they see presented on the Seder plate.
