Construct a distinctive recycled rolled planter using paper a natural tree bi-product. By reducing, reuse, and recycling paper, we reduce our carbon footprint and preserve our trees on the birthday of the trees. What better gift than the promise not to waste. This decoration will remind students to reduce, reuse, and recycle.
