Goals and Objectives: By shaking a container of liquid cream, your students will transform the cream into butter that has a spreadable consistency. They will be able to explain that the vigorous shaking caused the fat bubbles in the cream to bust. They will emulate the hospitality of Avram Avinu by sharing and serving the butter to guests.
Skills Needed: focus on task, ability to follow instructions, gross motor skills (vigorous shaking, passing an object to from one to another)
